They where going for $39 at Albany Kmark last week, should of got one.
They are similar but the kmart ones comes with 2kg and 1kg plates rather than 2.5kg and 1.5kg plates which is why i didn't buy them… I would really like to find 5kg plates for a good price somewhere!

They don't come in a case. I ordered 2 sets.
I put the 8x2.5kg plates(total = 10kg per dumbbell aka "heavy set") and for other set 8x1.5kg plates(total = 6kg per dumbell aka "light set"). Should make a good combination for different workout exercises and heavy/light sets.
One of my spinlock collars has faulty threading(it won't screw in!) so I rang DD and they are going to send out a replacement part.
Two of my spinlock collars also has faulty threading!! Really tough to screw it in!
Dad said he could try 'loosening' it with the vice and forcing it with a bit of pressure but is concerned it might strip the threading off the dumbbell or damage it further.
It all comes down to a lack of QC from the manufacturer!
Apart from this minor flaw, I'm really happy with them for the overall quality and price. Nice powdered coated finish on the weights and the dumbbells are longer and more luxurious than my old ones and have a bigger handle for comfort and ease of lifting - these same type of dumbbell sets retail in Rebel Sports for $99!
