It's exactly the same deal and page as last time, they just didn't close the form. I expired my previous deal for the same reason you have expired this one.
Irwin Racing doesn't even exist any more as they stopped their sponsorship of racing in December. They haven't updated their website or any of their social media accounts since. I can't find any announcement of additional stock either. It was just posted on an inferior bargains site that always posts expired and US-only freebies.

Agreed. Such a small giveaway, that never arrives. "Deal" keeps running for days/weeks after… not fair to drag people through it again. Neg vote.
Exactly, why not close the web form once a predetermined number of entries has been received… no deal because there isn't a deal.
