Was about to buy this from Kogan for same price till they pushed it to $399 +shipping. Not sure if this is Sony warranty. (I just bought a different camera from them, described as having Canon warranty, but was sent email stating COTD provide the warranty). If COTD can categorically say this comes with Local Sony warranty then it's a real bargain. COTD claim you can't change or cancel an order once it's made which is very dodgy imo.
I had to rethink whether it's a Sony warranty or not. Reason I thought it wasn't was I just bought an Eos M thinking it had Canon warranty (the image states it) but got an email stating COTD provide warranty. So I'm not sure now.
Why do you think it is COTD warranty? It says "12 Month Manufacturer Warranty"
I just bought a Canon EOS M, which is described in the image as local stock with Canon warranty, but was sent warranty details by email stating that COTD provided warranty. Perhaps it's a mistake COTD can clear up?. In any case I've edited my original post because now I'm not sure and don't wznt to spread misinformation in my angered haste hehe. Thanks for the feedback.
NEX-3N is a brilliant camera. The only thing is, get the US version i.e. NTSC. AU version is PAL, and only does 25FPS 1080P, and NTSC version does 30FPS 1080P.
i bought this when it was $349 and its australian stock. It has sony australia and new zealand warranty card inside it

Slightly more expensive at Camera Paradise $295.22 + $58.97 shipping. I think they offer 24 months door to door warranty, but not Sony warranty.
