      My friend asked Myer late today (after he received an email from CBA with the voucher) and apparently the 25% discount only applies on the full retail price and not the discounted price (e.g. the DC59 Animal is discounted to $549 at the moment but the full retail price for this model is $649. So you cannot stack the 25% on top of the already discounted price of $549, to get $411.

      This is consistent with the T's and C's of the promotion - "Not available in conjunction with other offers" with the offer being the discounted price of $549.

      However, even with the 25% discount off full retail price for this model it's still not a bad price at $486.75.

        I'm contemplating just cancel my earlier order of the dc59 for $467 with Master as I've been waiting all this time (tomorrow is full 2 weeks waiting) for their stock, called them yesterday and CSR isn't very helpful in answering my query of the stock's ETA and told me just keep waiting :(

        Just want to verify if this deal is for every CBA customer? I've searched most of the CBA website and even on my own award porfio web space and no mention of this promotion at all.

    Just wonder how to get hold of this voucher or how to get this deal at Myer store when paying? Does it automatically calculates the discount when presenting the CBA award card? Fail to find any link on the CBA website.

          Thanks for your help here.I got a feeling this is a one off promotion for certain number of CBA customer as there is a barcode to be scanned, and as it says it is a one off scan for the particular barcode only. I check my other CBA offer and it has the same instruction for the team member and I assume it is for the person who servers you on the check out. But in all my offers, I don't have the Dyson's one :(

          Nop anyone can use it. Conditions state you need to show them a CBA rewards CC. This is confirmed with Myer staff.

          Yes, managed to use the voucher from here and got 25% off the RRP which is $487 for the DC59 animal. Not as good as the $467 on the Master deal, but for the extra $20 I think I can live with it as I'm sick on waiting from Master for their stock, and there is no definite answer when it will arrive. So I just cancelled my Master order. Thanks again for jayzzzzz's head up and the upload of the voucher.

        Yes, we bought one a few years ago from HN on special. They are great aesthetically, but the fan I picked from woolies the other day for $13 pumps out a lot more air and is quieter. As the air flow is created by a central impeller, the Dyson emits a higher pitched fan 'whir' which can be quite intrusive at times.

    Those fans can be used as a Heater or aircon cold blow, as stated hot and cold on the box. That's why they cost do much.

    Myer take the 25% off their normal marked price. Tried to get the DC54 for $649 less 25% off - no luck. It is not valid off already reduced Dyson's.

    I got the DC54 Animal Pro yesterday using the voucher after having my eye on them for a while in the sales.

    It is definitely 25% off the full Myer retail price ($1099 for AP) not any current sale price or any other promos they were running. The DC54 Animal was down to 829 on special but the CBA discount got the Animal Pro down to less than the sale price of the Animal.

    Discount brought the price down to $824.25 and I then used another $300 in Myer gift cards to bring it down to $524.25 so less than half price.

    You do have to show your commonwealth awards credit card as proof when using the discount.

    I know the Dysons are cheaper elsewhere but I had the coles myer cards to burn through so figured the discount was worth using on them to lessen the pain of the price.

        More I pointed out the facts around how the discount worked on the 54 based on my experience using it.

        Showed them the Myer Deal and the sales guy went in to check with the boss for an approval. He came back saying - yes we can match $467 :). It took all of 3 minutes to walk out with the DC59 Animal @ $467. I tried to upload the recpt - but cant do today since I just joined. Will try tomorrow ….
