No. This one is s4 active, that one is s4 zoom. The active is basically a waterproof version of the s4 spec wise - ie. Its top of the range stuff.
The zoom you posted is a pos in relative terms, even though it still carries the s4 name.

I bought this phone off CameraParadise on Tuesday evening (before they discounted it, dammit!), they shipped it out Wednesday evening, and it was delivered this morning (Friday). They emailed me a tracking number from Toll so I could track it.
