Another bus deal! For those that don't know or forgotten the free shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes. The service operates in both directions on a loop from Central Station to Circular Quay via George Street (Route 555)

omg another bus "deal"…
wait.. this isnt new.. i take this all the time.
This is always free.
You can walk for free too, perhaps we should post that as a Freebie too ?
lol but this deal is better as it uses someone else's petrol
while walking consume my own energyNo JV's deal is better than that as long as its tagged under health/weightloss
My contender for these best freebies, is the locations of free trash bins, so that those who forget their garbage collection night can make a free deposit in the local trash bins, or the ozbargain tragics can even cancel their garbage collection and just use the free bins.

Older than six months; not a dupe.
I'll be sure to diarise to post this in 6 months time
Always free. No deal.
Thanks OP. Will catch buses and leave the sledge at home when coming to town next year if sydney buses is reliable. Haven't been in a bus for over 10 years.
Don't bother. If the buses are full, the driver won't stop for new passengers and these things are usually full, courtesy of cheapskates and tourists. They're never the supposed 10/15mins apart, I've seen 3 pull up at once before… And you'll be lucky if there isn't a ghost service running, once waited 30mins thinking the next one according to TripView will come soon only for two services not to appear and the third being 5mins late.
I now just walk from Circular Quay to Central if I have to.
Agree, this free service is horrible, you'd be lucky to get one within 30min waiting, the bus is full all the time and you never see anyone getting off. even my pregnant wife reached circular quay within that time. Sydney public transport is hopeless, the free circle tram in Melbourne is a bit better because people do get on and off. And it isn't listed as a deal.
Not a deal.
Time to re post the Melbourne ones. The free shuttle between terminals etc
Thank you for the information. I didn't know about this and I go into the city. Great for when I'm not using a weekly rail ticket.
Hmm isn't this something that always has been ? I took it a few years ago when I was in Sydney. Like the No. 35 city circle tram in Melbourne.
