It was at this price during boxing day at EB games. There are also advantages of getting it retail rather than digital. Such as account recovery can be done with a physical SC2 CD key, but not a digital one.

  What makes the CD key physical is that it is printed on a physical label sticker.
  
  Otherwise it has just as much advantage as the digital one.

For those that are looking, as I was, this deal is still sort of valid.

I went to the website and it was showing original pricing however purchasing through the battle.net launcher through the "Upgrade Available" option will display a price of $24.95 AUD. For those that are interested, look there.
