Hi all,
I've been looking online for a short period for a new tv.
I was browsing the bing lee site and saw how this tv came up as $996. Not sure if it's a special Boxing Day sale price but as the other major retailers are currently advertising the same model as $1200+ I snapped one up with free pickup from my local store

  • You snapped one up with free pickup? Should pickup be non-free in the first place?

    • Yes.
Sorry I was just trying to say I bought one and opted for free pickup.
The other option was $10 flat rate delivery

  • Consider this 50" for $750 - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/128189

    • This one for $750 has inferior specs and is a lower grade of model so I don't see them being comparable. I suppose you get a bigger screen for a lower frequency scan rate but I would stick with this 47" to get a better picture.

  • This one won the choice tv reviews.

  • Good tv w passive 3d and amazing input lag for a tv so good for gamers. Otherwise picture quality not as good as the Panasonic st60 plasma.

Wish they had the 55inch or w900a on sale tho.

  • Wow, cant believe there is only this many + votes for this deal! This is a bargain for this TV at this size. The best model TV out there for console gaming. Ive got one and the 3d is really impressive too! Payed around this price for the 42 inch with 15% off from JB about 6 months ago

  • Any Retailers in Melbourne doing it for this price? Otherwise might have to buy it and get it delivered from Bing Lee

  • managed to get Harvery Norman to price beat Bing Lees Price by $1, gonna pick it up tomorrow!

    • Could you let me the harvey norman store address and did you go for any extended warranty?

  • went to bing lee sydney store(Haymarket)today morning and managed to pick it up for $928.
