Scoot Airlines has a Boxing Day sale with fares from Perth to Singapore for just $99 including taxes and charges.

The sale starts at 9am on Thursday and finishes at midnight on January 1.

If you want to travel in comfort, Scootbiz costs $299 from Perth to Singapore.

Travel is from January 15 to October 25 and blackout periods may apply over school holidays. There are also special fares to other destinations.

The airline operates to destinations including Bangkok, Taipei, Tokyo, Tianjin, Shenyang, Nanjing, Qingdao, Seoul and Hong Kong.

Scoot's flights to Singapore leave Perth at 7.30pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Return flights leave Singapore at 12.50pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

    Scoot is competing with her sister, Tiger Air, given Singapore Air is a part owner of both. I wonder why Scoot starts flying out of Perth as it erodes Tiger Air's revenue out of Perth.

    Isn't virgin bought out tiger? Or is it just domestic tiger that got sold and not international?

    Also I believe that scoot targets a bit middle class with its bigger airplane and Scoot business. Tiger is purely small budget plane with no business class. I think virgin and qantas is what scoot targets but with a slice of budget service in it.

      Virgin only bought the domestic Tiger airline (60%). I think Scoot is competing against Jetstar more than Virgin or Qantas. Their ScootBiz is the same seat as what Virgin offer as premium economy on international flights.

      not sure why you didnt bother checking yourself, but its 149 syd - sin.

      Says so on the page which you click through and when you book (i tried dates in jan/feb)
