Well a sale would raise funds to be siphoned off by the owner before the receivers take control.

Definitely in store, was in there yesterday and it was 40% off at the Forest Hill VIC store, grocery is an exclusion however.
Have to say, I can see why they are going under, whoever has been doing their buying over the last couple of years has been doing a pitiful job. The store was literally filled with complete and utter crap. Even with the 40% off I only managed to buy a pair of Thomas PJs for my son, and a Disney Princess doona cover for my daughter, spending a grand total of sub $10!!

Their buyers will send them broke if they buy stock that subsequently gets them fined like this. Anyway for bargain hunters this stores can offer hope of bargains. Have gotten a few really good ones over the years. Forced restriction on owner might be good chanee for the company. Here's hoping they can continue trading after the fines.
