Just browsing around for cheapest T100 and found this deal and deal end tomorrow morning at 7am.
You can still buy it online from Centrecom until tomorrow 7am or like me I jump to Officeworks to price matched.
If you want to price match at OW you still have around 40 minutes in some area, not very sure any 24 hours store.
Lucky I didn't price match shoppingexpress.com.au $495 for digitalstar.com.au for $499 this morning.
500GB SSD on convertible tablet? I reckon you have to wait for several years.
Surface Pro 2 already has 512Gb, probably some of the others too. Not saying it's a palatable price though.

BTW 500GB Surface 2 Pro is around $2000 at the moment.

OK Hard Disk not SSD and inside the keyboard dock not in the tablet.
I think they may only allow storage of picture, video on the hard disk and not apps.
May be it it possible to buy that keyboard dock alone in the future. May be hackable to put a hard disk in by ourselves.
I rather wait for the model. With the additional 500GB it makes it perfect for laptop use, where 32GB is more than enough for the tablet use.
Yeah, but with the tablet you can put in SDCard to give it a bit more storage.
got one from office works but had to pay the $9 shipping as they said the stores are only in VIC and I am in NSW. so $453.15
