The wraps are designed for the relevant part of the body and they strap on, allowing you to still walk around. They can be use chilled, frozen or heated. Extremely versatile.

I recently used a thigh wrap on my shin to stop me getting shin splits from training on a hard outdoor court. Finish training put the ice cold wrap on, walk to car, drive home. Icing is done.

The wraps feel really good when they are on your legs.

    hello, chalk and cheese really.

    The Body Ice is an ice bag which uses a support to attach to your body. You then have to put ice into the bag. So you are still dealing with ice. As well it would be heavier and your movement will be limited.
    I can strap on the Arctic Heat Injury wraps and still run around.

    Body Ice is better than trying to apply a bag of ice to the body, but it doesn't conform or wrap around joints like the Arctic Heat will.
