"Simply print out and present this voucher and get more with $15 off when you spend $60 or more on women’s and men’s clothing, sleepwear, underwear, footwear and accessories."

Pretty self explanatory. Exclusions etc below.

Terms of use: Valid from Thursday 12 December until Wednesday 18 December 2013. Present this voucher when you spend $60 or more in one transaction to receive $15 off your purchase on women’s and men’s clothing, sleepwear, underwear, footwear and accessories. Excludes Target essentials. Minimum threshold must be reached after all other savings and discounts. Limit of one voucher per transaction and voucher is valid for one use only. Customer must surrender voucher at point of purchase.
Offer not available online. This voucher is not redeemable for cash. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Excludes purchases of Telstra phone cards, iTunes Gift Cards, Gift Cards, online purchases, rainchecks, lay-by purchases and payments, bill or DEFT payments and Coles Group Card payments.

  You should probably make the title more specific, i.e. "Target spend $60 on clothing save $15 in store"

  This voucher would be amazing if it wasn't restricted to clothing. Still good nevertheless.

  For those who've used these vouchers before, does this voucher really only work on these items or does it count on the discretion of the checkout person?

    We have used these types of vouchers several times ebfore, and on the odd occassion they do nothing withy your pucrahses. When you ask at customer service, they say it is because lots of items are not included (Anything that is Targets own "Essentials" brand, and anything that is already discounted).
    Though they sometimes work when they have their twenty percent off a range (Like 20 percent off lingerie, and still give you discount on those??). So a bit hit and miss, but more hits I guess.
