  Doesn't look particularly good to me. 640x480 at 30fps? I know it's no GoPro, but that's a seriously low resolution by modern standards. Reviews on Amazon suggest that you'll be very lucky to achieve the 1-hour claimed battery life, and that a reasonable estimate is more like half an hour.

  Looks remarkably like an MD80 clone, which you can pick up for about $10 delivered if you feel the urning urge to buy an underwhelming DV camera.
