      Currently some of our users are facing some problems setting up an OpenVPN connection on their Tunnelblick. It is a known problem and we're currently working on it. Until it's solved, we recommend you to connect via Viscosity. You can download it from here and we've prepared a tutorial which will guide you through the setup. Read it here.

      This isn't the premium service, these would be the same sort of codes given out last year, where you don't get access to all servers and only get a set amount of priority bandwidth. I assume the premium servers would fast:

      A 1 Mb/s speed cap
      Advisements – users will be shown at least 17 seconds of advertisements when they first connect, plus some more ads every 2 hours
      No free choice of servers - free VPN users are automatically connected to an available server, although CyberGhost do say this will usually be located close-by

      i received my code within a second and i've successfully activated it. followed the instructions and installed Viscosity soft. downloaded the configuration for MAC and initially it was struggling to connect…but finally when i visit whatismyip.com it shows US address. But i don't know i am using VPN or DNS. But i can confirm that it is working and my account with cyberghost shows i have 364 days left.

          Akula's comment didn't relate or help my problem at all, I don't see how stating that is a bad thing. I recieved an invalid serial from CyberGhost, Akula didn't.

    Sorry guys i am pretty new to this VPN stuff. What protocol or what should i do for watching netflix and hulu. I hear DNS is a little bit better than VPN. How do i configure this into my modem/router and where does this PPTP/L2TP comes into play ? Cheers.

      Whatever your billing address post code is for your CC (6150 as an example) is find a US zip code with the last 4 numbers being 6150.
      Put in your actual address in your "new" city and state.
      Should work.

      Also call your CC company and tell to please accept charges from Netflix. This step not necessary unless you CC company has a habit of freaking out every time you buy something weird on line.

      A better service for Netflix and Hulu is unblock-us.com rather than using a VPN.

        I obtained a previous offer and did not activate for some months.
        When I tried to activate it the code had expired.
        I believe there is a time limit in which the code must be activated or it will expire

    It works, but the locations for the VPN are very limited..

    Poland, Netherlands, Russia (Yay!), Czech Republic, Switzerland, Romania, USA & Germany.

          Yes you could get your account banned although very unlikely. No one in Australia will stop you and heres recommendation 5 from a Parliamentary inquiry:

          Recommendation 5
          The Committee recommends that the Australian Government amend the
          Copyright Act’s section 10(1) anti-circumvention provisions to clarify
          and secure consumers’ rights to circumvent technological protection
          measures that control geographic market segmentation.

          Recommendation 6 basically says the public needs to be taught how to do it.

    Sounds good but the installer is a special installer that has christmas in the exe file, which leads me to believe you won't be able to download any updates. The key will likely only work with this version of it.

    Still worth keeping as a back up just in case.

    I just use free VPNs since I'm only using it to bypass geolocking for price discrimination.
