  • After having a few good brands crack up on me, (and probably consumed by us) and not wanting to kill any birds in the kitchen, I would recommend stainless steel over non-stick.

    • +1

Hard anodized is different to non stick

      • Very. I think abacus is referring to Teflon.

  • They have a pretty good deal on the Pyrex dishes set again too
    see http://www1.macys.com/shop/product/pyrex-18-piece-food-stora…

  • How do you get this to ship to aus. it only let's me choose USA states.

    • Free Shipping in the US, $15 to Aus destination. The address field in checkout had Aus listed for me in the country field, and price on shipping was $15. I didnt complete the transaction though so maybe it fails later.

If you are surfing from a mobile device, you will need to view the website as "view full website", then click on international shipping (on the top of the page). Hope this helps.

1 review doesn't seem good at all.

can anyone comment on these from previous post.

    • Just generally, not specifically, if people cook like with cast iron, high heat and no oil for example then youre going to have problems no matter what brand non stick item you buy. If you follow the directions on how to treat them, Id say these will hold up well. The idea of putting steak in a searing hot pan is not a good idea with non stick. Its the best way to cook steak on a cast iron griddle, the steak lets go when its time to flip it, but with non stick you will ruin the surface.

I think with most higher end non stick pans, this is the mistake people make.

  • I have owned a Circulon frypan previously. It was great at the beginning and required hardly any oil, however after a year or two it was pretty much useless - probably due to the fact that I was living in a share house at the time with people who didn't know how to cook/clean. I eventually upgraded to Anolon cookware which is noticeably better quality, although probably twice the price.

If you follow cooking/cleaning instructions these should last for years..

  • Does anyone know if this works on an induction stove? I can't see it in the description or reviews

  • Thanks Op, ordered a set.
I have had a Circulon large saute pan for the past 8 years, and it is best pan I have owned.
Wipes clean each time, and is great to cook with.
