Presumably a typo, but it's actually $13.00 a kilo, $1.30 per 100 grams.
If you have a machine and a grinder, I personally thin your better off spending $8 extra and buying fresh beans such as these:

But just thought I'd mention, I think if you're in the market for entry-level coffee beans from a supermarket, you can't go past the Coles branded beans:

$1.30/kg (dirt cheap), 100% arabica, and Fairtrade. That's remarkably good.
I don't think they're any worse than Harris. Not as nice as Vittoria though, but those are far more expensive (even with the 50% off the Mountain Grown variety that was on offer a couple of weeks ago).
Anyway, them's my 2 cents.
