I received an empty box from you recently (game, nintendo points card and instruction booklet were missing) and I have since opened a case on PayPal and after receiving no answer for four days I escalated it to a claim (and have still had no response for days) I suggest you mention this to whomever is not doing their job properly at your company as it is going to lose you at least one good customer and make others weary of dealing with you and the elan media partners.

I had a really bad experience with video ezy online. I don't recommend buying from them. Customer service is not helpful, and they don't notify you about stock availability.
