        I just put one in, I was told I would get refunded in 24 hours last week after a phone call I got on Monday 2/12. It it now the 13/12. Also am still awaiting for one game to arrive, which also was told was getting shipped on the 2/12.

          I put one in 2 weeks ago, and escalated it to PayPal beginning of this week. I might point out, that I've never had a phone call to tell me what is going on - I haven't called them either throughout the whole process, so from my point of view:

          Ordered, nothing for 2 weeks
          Email to say they're struggling to find stock
          Email to say some of the order was dispatched
          Order received
          Remaining sitting there with no communication, order CLOSED and COMPLETED on their website with 0 records of what I ordered, just final amount..

          They've had my money since the 19/11.. that's just shy of a month.

        i also didn't receive a dispatch email, so keep and eye out on your mailbox to make sure the postie doesn't just leave it there.

    the good guys are absolutely hopeless, been nearly a month since I ordered my games and still waiting for the 1 they said they could source. in the meantime I have ordered two of the games TGG couldn't get on ozgameshop and they will be here tomorrow. Good Guys rep we know your watching, so let us know whats happening. will we get our games before Christmas? or even this year?

    TGG head office called me because I sent them an angry email. They basically apologised and thanked me for my feedback. They're sending all these emails to the training team. The lady was going to personally chase up my Pokemon Black for me.

      I gave them an email on 21/11 and never received a response… although now I think about it, that may be why I received a call the following Monday which both made no sense as to why they called and was not relevant in any way to the email.

    My Pokemon White 2 was 'attempted' to be delivered yesterday but they didn't bother knocking on the door, just leaving a card. Damn couriers, just wasting their own time.

      Same thing happened to me twice with AusPost. I asked at the Post Office why it was not left in the letterbox and she said because it had to be signed for.
      I then ask why no one knocked on the door then and she did not have an answer.

          Who knows.
          I think why they left card without knocking is because it is just a small package that can be left in letterbox and they don't worry with sending in truck and just send card with the postie on the bike to put in letterbox.

          So the couriers dont work for the post office. The faster they deliver the Parcels the faster they finish. They dont get more money, in fact Post offices have a problem with couriers not delivering mail. Some of them dont bother waiting, or trying again to knock or ring a door bell. Afew years ago there was a problem with one courier in Sydney just delivering cards and dumping all the parcels at the post office, problem was he didn't realize most buildings had cameras.

    According to the tracking number is was given, one of my orders was picked up by the couriers on Monday. So after not receiving it, i called them yesterday and was told they didn't pick it up even though the tracking says they did!
    Called Good Guys and they don't have it either! Now there is an investigation into where it is. Not happy!

    A DS game arrived today. Standard Australia Post delivery. No signature required. Put in letterbox.

    Handwritten envelope (no padding).
    1 game. 1 invoice. Actual stamps used on envelope (how quaint). 1 message stapled to invoice.

    Roughly-cut photocopied square of paper stapled to invoice says:
    Here is a partial supply of your order. We are still receiving stock and will either send out the stock or be in contact in regards to your order. Thank you for your patience.

    At this point I'm just glad the game arrived in perfect condition (and in sealed plastic).
    According to the invoice it arrived from Nunawading.

      Yeah it was initially one card per order but they blamed a "miscommunication" and changed it to one per person which is bs.

          It was more a joke, but I'm not 100% sure on that, seeing as Black/White 2 was one that they were able to source from suppliers, so as far as I know, no one missed out on them.

    Yay for Saturday mail ! Just received my order of pokemon white 2 sealed ,pokemon black 2 sealed and pokemon mystery dungeon gates to infinity not sealed but new
    Not sure if it was a courier or good guys themselves due to unmarked white van
    So glad this is over ! Hopefully anyone still waiting gets there games by next Saturday !

    So I put in a dispute for my claim. TGG reposnded saying I have received half my order and that they only owe me $20. As I won't receive 3 of my games. Which In return I responded saying I have only received 1 of out 6 games I ordered. And the 2nd one promised was still getting ready to dispatch.

    So I said if the 2nd game does come you actually owe me $40 cos I ordered 2 copies of two other games (DS games so my 2 kids could play multi-player against each other). Since then they have not responded. This was on the 11/12.

    Should I escalate the dispute to a claim and comment that I just want my $40 or maybe even $50 if I dont get my 2nd game they said is waiting to be dispatched ?

      so something weird has happened, more of my order was cancelled, and they offered me a new $40 Gift Card, problem is that its the same code as my last card… Now I have to find out if its valid.

    Received one of six from my order and the rest was a forced cancellation with no discussion, negotiation or permission given.

    To add to the experience I went in to Good Guys Geelong today only to see "unavailable" games which I had ordered still on the shelves…

    Currently in the process of spending lots of money on Christmas gifts and I can guarantee not one cent of it will be going to the Good Guys.

    Last 3 of my games arrived today. Pokemon Black and Pokemon White (brand new and sealed), Street Fighter IV 3DS obviously a shelf copy with loads of stickers and a scuffed up box. Rest were cancelled ( without ever talking to me) and refunded by Paypal.

    Glad it's all over and the games got here before Xmas but, apart from using the vouchers, I won't be shopping with The Good Guys again.

    I just made a killer milkshake on. A hot day like today with the good guys free blender ( giftcard purchase ) damn it was good so good I'm gonna share what I did

    Sliced 1 banana put in the blender, put 3 chocolate cookies in ,then 2 tablespoons of Milo , one and half cups of milk

    Blend it all together for about a 30-50 seconds add 3 icecubes and then 3 scoops of Vanilla ice-cream blend it all together and bam ! A really awesome milkshake :P

    I received another card in letterbox when I was home, this is the 3rd one.
    I found out why. I asked a lady at the post office why this keeps happening and she said all of the orders needed to be signed for and because they were small packages they send them out with the postie ( they don't send them in the van).
    The postie is then supposed to beep the horn and if no one comes to letterbox they leave the card. They also are not allowed to leave their bike.

    For me I had all but one game cancelled. Took forever to send it, and then they sent it to a different state. Told me I had to deal with TNT to sort it out. Then I finally got it redirected and they attempted to deliver it only 2 times then they sent it back to the store. Called good guys customer service and they said they can't do anything about it and still won't issue me a refund. Will never shop with these guys again. My order was of 6 games and they just aren't even trying to help.

    Just when I thought this couldn't get any worse it just did.

    I went to the Auburn store today to pick up Call of Duty Black Ops rather than wait for delivery as it's a Xmas present. They looked up my order and told me it had been cancelled as they couldn't get stock. So after being told they were waiting for a courier to do a bulk pick up, they actually didn't even have the game!! I spoke to the manager and asked for my refund and was told he couldn't help me and to call customer service. It took a lot of restraint not to put my foot through a TV.

    Has anyone seen any PS3 games in stock at any TGG stores?

      I'm also waiting on Black Ops 2 from Auburn. Just logged into my account on the good guys website and the order has been marked as completed with a price of $10.

      But when i go into the order, the order is empty.

      This really ticks me off. I have an email from the 18th saying: "we can confirm that we are definitely fulfilling your current outstanding game. Stock from the supplier is currently in transit and the Auburn store will be shipping it out to you as soon as it is received."

          We do apologise- the supplier could not provide us with any stock at all to fulfil any additional orders of that title. We were just notified and as a result have had to cancel remaining orders for that title.

      My allocated store is also Auburn.
      Got an email at 12:04pm saying that one or more of my games has been dispatched. Pokemon Black 2 has been dispatched but for some reason Black Ops 2 has the status cancelled.
      I called the Auburn store at around 1:20pm to ask why this is. Got juggled around by 3 different people until the third one told me that they will call me later with information……still no call.

    I just tried to use my $10 "Chrissy Store Credit" (valid until Sunday 22 December 2013) and it gets rejected. Called customer service (they are open until 11pm daily lol) and they said 'yeah the website doesn't know the time and expire the voucher on the 22nd.

    So even their website is a POS. Thinking of not even using the $40 gift card they gave me!

      I actually got my last one today - but the courier redirected it to my hometown (on my request) cause they took to long to deliver it and I'd left the address to which it was supposed to go.

    At the end of the wait I got 10 of the 17 games ordered - refunded the $72 back onto my cc (including the $2 postage) . and I was able to buy a vita 16gb memory card and access pack of a sum of $7..

    So overall pretty happy!

    Just a shame about Luigi..

    Just got 2 of the games I originally ordered. Just not from the good guys. I ordered these games over 2 weeks after tgg sale and have them now. Aint heard anything from tgg and the wearabouts of my 1 game. Seriously how hard is it
