Spotted this tonight when I went to get some more protein because I was all out. It taste alright, however can get a bit too foamy, I know it's not very high in protein but seems a good all rounder. You can google reviews if you want to know more.
Includes chocolate, vanilla and banana.
I like the smaller tubs because you can get a few different flavours.

Musashi BULK is basically just sugar and protein. Mostly sugar though. It's crap. Get this if you're skinny and want to gain weight.
Swisse Active Recover Protein Powder has more protein than carbs. So I'd say the Swisse is a better choice. Get this if you want to get lean muscle mass without the bulk.
But to be honest, both product are bad. Better off just buying something like Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard protein powder which is high quality - and tastes great.
Neither is great. I picked up the Swisse protein for $7 and have only managed to ingest two shakes - it has a grainy texture and foams up a bit. Actually, since Swisse started their supplements line, I've had their shakes and bars and did not enjoy any of it. It's little wonder they seem to be on special all the time, I'd say no one is buying them.

I bought this at $15 a tin when it was at Coles and was quite happy with the taste and texture. Right now I have bulkproteins.com.au vanilla WPI which was better value and is pretty much just protein but doesn't taste as good.
