I promised I wouldn't buy after my last experience. They seem to sell items they don't have in stock. I was waiting weeks last time. I caved and bought a christmas gift but let's wait and see if I get it.

Open a ticket, and post regular updates/requests for action.
That way I've found that they'll get back to you and resolve the problem without much more drama.
However, it does seem help to remind them it's a problem and ensure they don't forget your ticket - that way it gets assigned to an individual person there rather than sitting in the generic-queue.
Deal Direct never delivered the bathroom scale that we ordered.
Instead they sent us a cheap $5 massage thing that we didn't order. Guess they messed up the order.
When I emailed them, they simply said order has been delivered and signed for.
