These guys are going through a re-branding and used to be called Hi Tech Burritos. Over 3 years ago, I bought a few Spreets vouchers for cheap burritos. Fairly decent food and good location on Glenferrie Rd.

Burritos range from $9.50 to $14.50. These guys are a bit more expensive than Mad Mex $10.50 per burrito and Guzman y Gomez $10.90 per burrito. However the 2 for 1 could potentially save you up to 31% off.
Urbanspoon - St. Kilda - 76%
They were pretty good when i went years back, and they were one of the first new Mexican restaurants in Melbourne. The chef at Hawthorn store actually made fresh salsas, and they too were really spicy and authentic. Authentic btw, meaning only soft shell tacos.
