hey rep.. why would you charge $1.95 for a sample? A sample and its shipping is supposed to be free
The Coffee Sample is offered by us for Free as a goodwill gesture to allow first time customers to try before they buy. We find that people who are genuinely interested in sampling our coffee do not mind paying the small shipping cost of $1.95 to receive their free coffee.
I've seen it many times before when a small business offers a similar service with free sample and free shipping and someone posts it online and they get smashed with thousands of orders overnight by people who are just after something for nothing and do not have a genuine interest in becoming a customer.
By adopting our free sample model, this eliminates this problem and provides a small business with the security of not having to outlay thousands of dollars unnecessarily.
Maybe, as a once of for atishah87, maybe you could give him a $1.95 refund if and when he purchased the beans, effectively making the sample free :)
Don't worry about the quality of their beans, they're as good if not better than what you'll get anywhere. Yemen grand cru… the best beans I've ever purchased. Beautiful.
Rep, do you use AusPost, or a courier, to ship?
Depends where you live. Where possible we use Couriers Please (NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC) In most case the shipping is only 1-3 days.
For WA and NT orders we ship Australia Post Express overnight service so that the customer doesn't have to wait 5-10 days for their order.
