  cant be used on surfboards!! mother f%%$#ers. Whats the point in this code, seeing though is does not work on surfboards!!I have already bought soo much clothes and crap and dont need more. I needed a new board:( I have been a loyal surfstich customer up until now! Burned!

  Well.. it cant exactly be called "Storewide" when the exclusion list is about half the products in the store. Furthermore, they screwed up and giving 25% limited discount is a joke. Have to neg this - sorry OP

    That's fine. Exclusions were stated but I guess it is a large amount. 25% however is better than no discount whatsoever.
    At least on the items it does apply to.

      Their original error was too big to dismiss.. 25% off selected items is not exactly a bargain to make up for such mistake.

        quick, better call the ACCC to get some justice for this horrible crime that was forced on you….

        you knew it was a pricing error before you gave them your money, they refunded your money AND gave you a discount to use on most things in the store.

        im not begrudging anyone who entered the lottery to see if they would "win" something, i have done it before myself with mixed results…. but theres a name for people who knowingly enter a "lottery", dont win first prize then bitch like a princess……
