  The last couple of orders I've placed with Dell have been pretty bad experiences. They've tried to pull a bait and switch scam on a couple of items, and then the last order they lost track of the item they were supposed to deliver to me,and it took weeks to arrive, made worse by the fact that they couldn't tell me what day (much less what time) they'd be delivering it.

  Have they picked up their service lately, or are they still really iffy?

    I bought one of the 27" Ultrasharps around this time last year. Had no issue with the service; monitor came in the mail quickly and with accurate tracking, exactly what I ordered, nothing missing, everything intact.

  I just placed an order for 3x Dell P2414H Monitors (apparently their new IPS range) and it cost me $161 per monitor shipped. This was through the outlet so apparently they're refurb but they come with 1 year warranty.
