I've already got one, but $39 is a HUGE Bargain for this Gas Patio Heater, so I thought you guys would enjoy.

Exact same one sells for $100+ ($115 online) at other Bunnings stores, as you can see here: http://www.bunnings.com.au/bent-pole-patio-heater_p3170613?s…

This is the first time I've seen it at this price since I bought mine for similar on clearance about 6 months ago. Most stores still price them at $100+. I guess they don't sell as for $135 you can get one with the bottle cover. But for $39? Super bargain!

As far as I know only at Bunnings Sandown, but perhaps you can convince your local to match the price, as its all the same company…

      I worked at Bunnings about 3 years ago, and I might be wrong, but from memory if the price is on a printed ticket like that it means it's come down to all stores through the system. That being said, it would depend on who still has this model in stock.

    Gas bottle not included, cheapest I've seen them for is $25 empty at BigW or Kmart, can't recall which. I think they're $45ish filled standard price at Bunnings.

    I don't think its Oz wide, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.

    How is the gas efficiency rating on this thing? One bottle an hour?

      I have had mates tell me they chew through a couple of bottles at a party :/

      EDIT: Looks like they will use a 9kg bottle in 9-12 hours. Not bad…

      I saw this heater and thought if I told everyone to grow a pair, add an extra layer and not have something so wasteful, I'd get negged like crazy.

      But on the other hand, if you use big words (which is now my word of the day) everything is fine..

      were you the gentleman in a sharp black suit?

      i grabbed the last one on the shelf this morning about 8am, but i already saw that there was a man in a suit getting 3 of them, with the staff standing around discussing how cheap it was…..

        I was the guy in the suit. I bought 14 and realised I could fit another 3 boxes in the front passenger seat so I went back in and bought a few more.
