    Yeah I saw that, but doesn't say if it's 2.5 or 3.5, bad reviews on Megabuy and overall is WD. Had 2 bad experience with them, so I am staying away from them.

      if a 3.5 drive would be able to be carried around with you, you'd also need a petrol generator to power the thing.

      if it's 'portable' you can google the definition of the word and go from there.

      if you just googled the model number, you would find out that it's a 2.5" HDD.

  if it is a PORTABLE then it runs on USB power and will be 2.5

  if it is an EXTERNAL HDD then it can be 3.5 as it runs on AC.

  that way you won't be confused.

  You may want to consider waiting and buying it from shoppingexpress with free shipping via these promotions

  Last time there was free shipping with the memory cards - free shipping applied to the whole cart

  11 cents cheaper via their eBay normally. Just doesn't come with a case. No real rush if you just want the extra storage.

  Pity that Flingshot has sold out of this drive; they sold it (without pouch) delivered for $76 nearly a year ago and for $68 a few months ago. I bought the "Pro" version of this with 7200rpm drive for $83 delivered at the beginning of the year. So this is a pretty ordinary price for this product when compared to its price history.
