Thanks to deal88 for posting earlier. :)

      • Saw plenty of both premium and basic in stock at Caneland Central and Mt Pleasant in Mackay.. Still doesn't seem to be selling well even at this price point.

        • I know it's crazy. I'm waiting to use it a bit to really figure out what it is capable of.

they should just lower the price to that permanently, it would fly off the shelves in a couple of months….

  • A staff member in Big W Bendigo told me yesterday he would price match it if I brought in the actual ad from the paper. I tracked down a copy and took it in today and they refused because half price was too much to match, they rang the store manager first and he said also because Dick Smith Bendigo were out of stock he wouldn't match. Very frustrating! Apparently there are some premiums left in Horsham and Wangaratta, a few basic ones around too but not close enough for me.

    • I'd be furious, although it's hard to reason when logic isn't a mixture to the recipe, so what's the point of getting angry with them.

    • Vccox, I too am looking for one in central vic. Message me (i cant message you, no option to do it) and tell me which one you are after, and I may be able to help you out.

  • Wish I'd seen this last week when I might have had a chance of getting to the Perth CBD store in time.

    • Called quite a few stores and seems like the only places left with any are in Bunbury and one other place pretty far out from Perth metro. Was at the large DS at Innaloo yesterday and there was absolutely nothing Nintendo left :(

How bout the other people in WA? Had any luck price matching? Would appreciate any info

      • Yeah Innaloo, Whitfords and some others don't really have much games at all any more it seems.

Playing Wii Games on the Wii U gamepad :)

    • So when I set my Wii U up it will get this straight away right?
What is a rough time to set up the Wii U?

    • Yes but you still need the Wii controllers to play them. Giant leaps by Nintendo yes but not 100% yet. Maybe i'm being un-greatful? :P

All nintendo products are still 50% off at the DSEs I visited today (North Lakes / Strathpine). I picked up a copy of Super Mario Bros. 2 3DS and 2 wii motion plus addons. The Strathpine store had bunch of pro controllers left too.

  • And my local said Monday was the last day lol. I can see these prices staying until they sell out as they are clearing them out.
