  • Not sure on this one, but be careful with Masters specials on Kitchen appliances. They may not be stocked everywhere as they're moving a lot of there stuff out the door. We just got an $1100 F&P oven down to $599 then 10% off for the floor model ($539), & a $239 F&P rangehood down to $99!

    • hey how did u get those deals? in store?

      • Yeah, in store.
I shopped around a few places looking for some cheap items to put in a rental I've just about finished. Bunnings (Don't touch the Bellini range, shocking reviews), Good Guys (same issue with Viali), and Masters (Prossimo). But the Mrs went into Masters M/ton and as per a few of the Masters stores, they're turning over their stock. Anyway, she got a price, went to GG and was told that the model at Masters is worth about $1100, they couldn't match it, and grab… So we did!!!

        • Can u scan in the receipt. Need to get a new oven too. Thanks

        • thanks for the info! bought this oven! ta to the OP!

        • I can… But it was clearance off the floor model!!! Same as the cooktop I wanted was on clearance, but because there was one left in a box they wouldn't reduce it!

  • Ooooh, good price. Very tempted. Keen to get a new oven, but was set on getting a Bosch pyro. Hmmm…

  • Pyrolytic? Is it actually "that easy" to clean? To what extent is it 'marketing crap'?

    • They're very easy to clean, turns everything to ash and just scrape it off the bottom.

  • Great price. Rated very highly on choice as well.

  • Almost $600 cheaper than Appliance Online and they have a price guarantee (only to match, not beat).

    • appliances online wouldnt even consider matching it when i called

      • That's my point. This is way below the price from a place that usually guarantees to have the lowest prices. Bargain.

Man, I really need to stop coming to this place. Laptops, rechargeable battery kits, gopro accessories and now just bought a damn oven. It never stops!!! :D Thanks Op. Saved me a decent amount of coin.

Well said LOL… just bought 2 laptops last week and now an Oven…

      • Glad I'm not alone! :)

  • thanks for the post meshe1969

been looking for an oven for the past few weeks and was going to get POR668S when i saw this post. managed to get in and buy it and get a purchase order number from masters.

now when i check the site it doesn't come up on the search anymore, hopefully it all processes *fingers crossed

  • Hi everyone, just wanted to jump on to advise that clearance items are always limited and may be out of stock - which will vary from store to store. Cheers

    • But if it comes up online as 'In stock at your local store' and the payment has gone through, you should be ok right?

      • Their floor/demo stock also shows up as in stock. So there's always a chance that that's the one you will get!

        • Really? Well, that will be an interesting discussion when I get the message to come pick it up. :/

        • i got a call trying to cancel my order as it wasnt in stock

        • That's the other issue when it comes to a clearance. The last one there isn't always there!

        • Jumped on online chat - who have indicated that mine isn't a demo. Also just received sms and email to go pick it up. Will report back on the outcomes. :)

        • Cool, you did well… Next person may not be so happy though!!! ;)

        • Yeah, unfortunately I'm one of those next person that received the "No stock call".

        • Bummer. Too late to try a different store?

        • I got the no stock call, and they said they would try to source stock for me, then called back and said no stock in vic - i rang around and found a place with stock and had to call to get my order transferred over, and to hold the item. was pretty annoying but a great oven for a great price

        • I did the same on a new entrance door they had listed as 'In Stock' at my nearest Masters. Went there and nothing. The guy looked on his little hand held stock gizmo and told me there were none around. Mrs was in M/ton (20Km away) the next day and they had two there!

    • Hey Masters rep, I've been away for a few days and received 4 calls from Masters and now an email - saying this is out of stock, discontinued etc. they are offering me another oven, but unfortunately not what im after. i have been billed and want this honoured. i have ordered this oven before the other people found it available in others stores..please get back to me on this!

      • Good luck with that gooey. Unfortunately the laws don't state that they have to get you one of these. Just an alternative (that you must agree upon), or your money back!
That's the problem with everyone posting these Masters deals lately. They're great bargains, but I think they should be clearly titled as clearance models only!

        • Hey where are these laws stipulated. I thought as long as they billed me they must provide. I bought a few things and one already was delivered.
The fact is when I bought it was available for store pickup at local store, postal delivery and truck delivery, and I bought early wednesday. So they have just supplied others and not me. This is unfair. This item hasnt been discontinued as they told me. This is a lie.

  • Happy to report all is good. Brand new oven sitting in my living room. :)

Is fitting these things a DIY?

    • Ended up tracking the last one down in braybrook melbourne
got mine installed today, paid $90 from a guy from serviceseeking.com.au booked yesterday came out this morning.
but watching him do it i could have done it myself. the oven doesnt come with a wire, so you need to use the existing "hard wire" and screw it into the correct contact points, other than that its just held in by two screws at the front.
that said a certificate of electrical safety is what you are after for insurance purposes.
I also ended up needing a plumber as top back of this oven went all the way in the wall and interered with the gas cooktop

      • Well done on finding one and thanks for the info on install. Given the hardwiring, I reckon I'll spring for install as well. ;)

        • no worries if you are in melborne this is the sparky that i got:
