I purchased Sol Republic Tracks HD V10 headphones from Officeworks at Collins St, Melbourne for $99 (were $119).
It may be a store-specific clearance. I'm not sure. They appeared to be clearing stock. At the time there were 6 left.

Sound awful? Compared to what? What music? They sound pretty good for the money to me. The reviews seem to concur.
A little bit too much presence that emphasises guitars, bells, etc, but overall the sound is pretty balanced in my opinion. Not heaps of detail in the high-end, but the overall sound is good for general listening.
They actually sound good at this price point. They are bass heavy but by no means do they sound bad.
The interesting thing about these headphones are that they are modular with interchangeable headbands, wires and speakers. Also the headband is incredibility flexible, you'll be hardpressed to actually break them.
I use these headphones when I want a bit of a bass hit (something my hd25s lack).
I think they are great!
