    Just ordered - hopefully they'll do the job well enough. Solar lights are always hit and miss.

    Just to confirm OP, this is three individual lights? Not just 3 LEDS inside one enclosure?

    Bought 2. Hopefully a bit brighter than the last ones with 600mah batteries & 5 leds. Reviews are a hoot!

    +I bought a couple of these from The Reject Shop last week, thought they were great for the price until they started playing up after a couple of days. turns out it was the low quality crappy pair of 300mah batteries in each, replaced them with some old rechargables I had and no problems. The batteries were yellow like the ones in the photo.

    I think it is a NiCad battery. Don' tthink it will last very long.

          I just lodged PayPal dispute in case. Supposed to be 15 days delivery from the 3rd Sept. At least we will get a response from the seller this way!

          "Thanks for sharing challenges with us and we are really sorry to understand that the order still hasn't arrived. In order to resolve the challenges you are facing, would you like to accept a replacement?"

          I got the same reply via email and PayPal. I have asked for a full refund.

          I thought "replacement" = another 1 month wait and nothing = nothing will happen. I only have another 10 days or so before the "deadline" to raise a dispute with PayPal. Better not take any chance. If I don't hear back from them, I will just escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim.

          I think you can't because the buyer protection is only available within 45 days of the transaction!
          Please correct me if I am wrong. I am paranoid and thus I don't want to take any chance.

          Yeah, not risking it now. They seem keen to get past the 45 day refund period:

          "We are so sorry that you already waited long time for the item.But you bought the item because of love or need.How about giving both of us once chance,we would like to ship the same item without any fee.

          We promise if you do not receive the replacement within 10-15 days,we will issue full refund.Doing business needs mutual trust,is it right?Hope you will trust us."

          This seller is really dodgy. I searched ozbargain, found a few "bargain" posts and some people complain not receiving their orders. Definitely avoid this seller. Do the Internet folks good - spread this news around so that people don't get into the mess.

    Hi folks,

    I placed an order on 2 September. Paid on the same day, and received an email confirming the payment and another email saying that the order has been shipped.

    Today, exactly one month later, I still received nothing.

    I raised a dispute with PayPal and requested for a refund. No response whatsoever. I have just now escalated the dispute to a claim with PayPal.

    I have just received a PayPal notification email. Apparently PayPal asked the seller to provide a tracking number, and guess what newfrog.com provided to PayPal? "China Post Number: —" hahaha… yup - "—" is the supplied tracking number.

    For all the newfrog customers who haven't received anything from newfrog, please raise a dispute with PayPal and escalate the claim. Also please include this link in your message to PayPal during the escalation process.

          I am so sorry for the problem. we were on holiday for 7 days from Oct 1 to Oct 7. I just confirmed we shipped all orders. it may take a little slow on the way. but i can promise you will receive the order, if you don't receive, our CS will solve your problem.

          Our server has some problem this week, that's why our website didn't work.
