Now if only I could get starting on collecting and reading the Ultimate series. Thanks for the post, will probably cave and buy this too!
If you like Digital copies, Comixology puts them on sale occassionally. Last week they had the first 12 issues of the Miles Ult Spidey series for US99c an issue.
Otherwise, I just buy from Amazon.
Hmm although i'm not into digital copies yet I still checked it out and I can say that I like the way they've categorised collected editions and single issues, makes it easier to buy.
Amazon seems like to go to place and I've had no problems other than the shipping price, is there a cheaper alternative or would amazon take the cake(excluding random sales from other distributors)for physical copies(hardback preferred)?
Book despository can sometimes be cheaper delivered by $1 or 2. I buy quite a few comics and have them free shipped from Amazon to Shipito. Saves a small bit by consolidating but not a huge amount.
Amazon works out cheapest by mass buying on Amazon. They send them out individually if they come out at different times but you get shipping cheaper overall.
Buying on Amazon marketplace can work out cheap too. I just bought Alias Vol 1-4 for $25 delivered to Shipito. Vol 2& 3 were $6 each.
Digital is the way to go on Comixology if you want rock bottom price.
Hmm i've wanted to try shipito, I'll probably end up paying for a years service if I continue collecting, thanks for the tips.
Hi OP
Can you confirm if this is the hardback or paperback version?
You have it listed as hardbark, but everyone else with that ISBN has is listed as a paperback.
Hi Mykeymyke,
It's definitely a hardcover book inside a slipcase. I have one sitting on my desk as I type this to you.
Hope that helps :-)
