you'd need an adapter for the american power plug (or alternately you could just bend the pins with some plyers)

STOP POSTING TORCHES I CAN'T BUY ANYMORE!!! haha

FYI, fellow OZB be warned; my first pourchase was Ok all went well but my 2nd purchase experience (My order number was #640200) with this company…. a DISGRACE.
Paid US$14.04 (after discount) in recent posting by http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/103854 for similar item, . They stuff up my the order and did not send the 2xLithium batteries, so I queried they said send them a foto of what I received ….my thoughts are what in the world would it be for…. anyway I did sent them the foto and after wasting time back and forth email, they went all quiet on me afterwards….. and no reply since
I would not ever want to buy from this company, better to buy from ebay at least where you have better guarantee for service with a negative vote….which is what I am doing now!

    • ive just had an issue with one of there other deals on here for led light strips. they sent me a new controller for it which didnt fix the problem so they are now sending me out a better item than i actually purchased. all emails have been answered promptly and apart from the slight annoyance of my original item not working properly (it happens, some times things are DOE from anyone you buy from, deal with it) its been perfectly fine dealing with them.

maybe its something you did/said in an email that caused yourself an issue.

      • what issue can it be to point out you did not receive what you paid for and asking for it to be posted?

        • +1

oh that was meant to be a question not a statement. they have been awesome for me (and ive seen them sort out issues with other people as well with no problems)

maybe try PM the rep on here.

        • sorry not meant to take it out of you in anyway but the frustrations of dealing with no replies gets me heated up.
edit: removed ebay lisitng as I was incorrect in price.

        • Here is a similar one from ebay

Its actually not similar, if you choose 1T6+2B+C from the drop down it becomes $15.55 and this is "Zoomable", that one isn't…

        • +3

OK, my bad did not look through properly thanks for pointing out. I will remove.

        • Be careful eBay allows them(sellers) to advertise like that, just to gain your attention, I almost bought a toolkit with accessories for $30 more, but the accessories if bought seperately would only cost $5-$10, depending on what you actually wanted… lol

    • +1

Haha I've had the opposite experience…, and thus far I've bought a mini Quadcopter, a 44cm Helicopter, 5 various sized torches, extra 18650 batteries and some other small gadgets costing cents via OZB deals, and they've arrived quicker than my regular eBay China/HK purchases, no problems thus far…

    • Happened to me with a miscellaneous order. I inquired and they sent me the items I ordered and let me keep what they sent. Hasn't put a foot wrong in my books…

    • +3

Hi,sorry for the inconvenience caused,I will check it for you.
Edit:it show that we got your email today morning 10:26,we will respond all the email within 24 hours, well,I do not think it's nice to post here.

    • I had similar crap service. Instead of showing photos. … they now all you to make you tube videos. … in the hope that you can't be bothered and going away.

hi rep, can u also do a deal with brighter and bigger flashlights?

    • yup i have the tiny single AA torch from banggood as well as the last one like this. would love something even bigger/brighter again

  • +1

yeah, i agree how about a deal with a bigger flashlight. or just a battery deal. got this last time and it was great for the price. they also send and adaptor for the charger so no issue with that.

    • +1

Cool, any recommendations?D:I will post one of these in next month.

  • +1

OP, you did the torch alone for US$6.88 here the other week. Any repeat of that deal? Or any discount code on the smaller/thinner $12.30 Small Sun ZY-T11 or bundle price better than $17.15 combo for personal or convenient urban cycling use?

    Total=$17.15.

Rep, not that it matters that much to me for a few dollars but I dislike replying, taking fotos and sending emails wasting time with no replies.
Am I ever getting my missing batteries replaced?

    • +2

I dont know, but i just want to point out its "photos" not "fotos". You remind me of a 14 year old girl with her first little camera.

      • +1

then shouldn't it actually be "photographs" not "photos"

i mean if your going to shorten it why do a 1/2 assed job and keep the "ph" anyway?

      • +1

I dont know, but i just want to point out its "photos" not "fotos". You remind me of a 14 year old girl with her first little camera.

So can you explain why it's "dont" instead of "don't", and "its" instead of "it's"?

Crap deal. I used to buy a stack of stuff from bang good. The li ion batteries they supply do not come close to even half the stayed capacity.
Build quality of their torches are flimsy at best. 1 of my torches fell from my bed and stopped working as the wire from the positive terminal came loose. Very poor soldering. I would not buy again. I contacted them and they said they would replace of I payed a you tube video. Rofl. …I did that and then told me the video want clear. …I told them not to worry. I have better things to do.

    • What about the flashlight, really 1600LM??

      • Amazon reviews put it as somewhere between 180 and 300 lumens with a 18650 battery. Expect less if using 3xAAA.

This light is not anywhere near 1800 lumens. I would say, based on the dozens of flashlights I've gone through recently, that it might peak at 300 lumens. What is really disappointing about this product is the price: It's $18 Vs $10-14 for the MUCH BETTER Ultrafire Wf-501b & 502b. Those lights are much, much brighter.

"EDIT: I downgraded this light to 1 star… and that's only because the construction seems to be good. I'm wondering if they added a ZERO on the end of the lumen rating, and it's supposed to be 180 instead of 1800"

Giving this deal a -ve as it's the lumen output of the torch is pure fantasy. Battery capacity is also not realistic.

    • hey, dear members here, any problems you can not solve with bg customer service, just drop me a PM or email me [email protected],I will definitely try my best to fix the problem.

      • Goes without saying…..you posted "any problems you can not solve with bg customer service, just drop me a PM or email" still waiting…..

to be fair….. he said for you to contact him not him contact you… and he has already acknowledged your above issue… he did say he was going to look into your issue above. usually takes "next day" for me to get replies from there service people so probably a little patience is in order?

hang in there, give it some time. i think you will get a resolution soon (but not instantly) :)

        • to be fair….you'd think rep would have read and posted something before he/she posted the comment above, that's what I would have done if I was a rep.
No accusations and no offence intended here but just curious as you are very quick to reply on my post even at 1.00am….. maybe you are like me, more of a night person:)

        • even at 1.00am….. maybe you are like me, more of a night person:)

yea… probably wont find to many posts from me at 7am……. lol… my "normal" hours of operation are up till 3 or 4am

also on reply to you above……

so… it seems that they are trying to help you……… like i said give it 24 hours………. go through my post history and you will see im happy to jump on the bandwagon if i see people getting screwed by reps… and im also willing to jump to reps defense if i think they are trying to do the right thing.

      • ROFL. I did that twice to contact banggood customer service and nothing happened……………

If you can't stand behind the products you sell, people won't come back to buy more. Pretty simple really.

  • Going to roll the dice. Haven't had any of the 3.7V batteries before.

    • As regards the batteries, not a good dice roll…
The Ultrafire reds - like the blues, the greys, and the golds, are all in the same category. Read my comments on the second page of this thread if you'd like to learn a bit more about a subject that is a minefield.
      www.ozbargain.com.au/node/103854

    • The red-white "3000maH" Ultrafires about 2200mAH actual capacity . The brown-gold "4000maH" Ultrafires are 2600maH actual.

If wanting a better battery look for the Japanese Sanyo 2600maH or Panasonic 3400maH. The Panasonics are near top of the pecking order for capacity. These Japanese cells of course cost more.

      • The issues with Ultrafires especially, but other 'fire brands as well, go far beyond 'the capacity you might get' crapshoot: www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?316888-Fake-Ultr…

Also, read the conclusion at the very end of this particular review:

Can't seem to get that last one to hypertext, but it'll get you there.

  • Is it just me (yeah, probably) - or is it taking longer and longer for BG items to be delivered? I ordered a pair of these over a month ago and received advice that the items were shipped on 24 July… Is a wait exceeding 4 weeks normal these days?
