Was looking for a 32GB card for my new Vita. This was the cheapest I could find.

Yep, thanks to the recent announcement on gamescom this will probably be the normal price from now on. Still too expensive IMO considering microSDs with the capacity cost almost 4 times less. God damn Sony and their proprietary bullshit.
Buyers should take note of the 1-3 weeks wait.
Agreed. This is one of the undoings of the Vita. The price of the handheld is fine, but having to spend way more for proprietory memory than they are worth is a bitter pill to swallow.
If they made a new model that takes MicroSD, I guarantee sales will pick up.
Wonder what the new RRP will be here.
I think the pricedrop kicks in from 2nd Sept for local shops here?
8.50 pound delivery is highway robbery.
Charging $72 for a 32GB card is highway robbery
Damn expensive but without it the Vita is a paperweight. I have 2x8gb and swapping them around is a pain and the size of them means that if you misplace one, the chances of finding it again are unlikely.
Vita with PS+ and a 32gb card finally makes my original purchase make sense. Now if only they would port over all the psp games (fat princess and TOCA I'm looking at you)!
I'm glad someone is happy with the size of a 32GB.
I personally have enough content to fill about 2 x 32GB cards so I'd very much welcome a reasonably priced 64GB (which will never happen).
For your information, recent price drop brings this item to RRP USD79.99
