The main gripe of people in those reviews is that they didn't read the sale pages - they state you won't get the product for around 3-4 weeks…
From the many items I've bought from them, only some clothing that was sent from the UK took over 4 weeks. If you buy with that in mind then they're pretty good - minus the 2 days to reply to messages.
delivery takes way too long
