      Was tempted then I too saw it misses a lot of the outer edge. So will stick with using a knife. Saves me US$2.60 and a stack of pineapple.

      I know someone who has a very similar looking one - and it's not too bad on waste - but it does depend on the size/shape of the pineapple I guess.

    I'd buy a stainless steel one rather than a plastic one.. This one could break midway.. Its just $2 more.. Wouldnt neg. its just my personal preference

    The cutter is fixed in size, so if you can't get the right size pineapple, you will either be wasting pineapples or you can't use the cutter as it will be too big for the pineapple.
