That must've been were I saw it, couldn't really remember if it was the summer sale.
possibly one of my favourite "GTA" style games to date. The fighting is fantastic and I never got tired of it or the driving. The story was also engrossing to the point I just kept playing to see what happened next instead of getting my much needed sleep :)
agreed, it is a really solid game. I probably enjoyed the story more than GTA4's.
Are the DLCs worth getting?

Nope. Only three of those are story-based missions. The others are aesthetic-related pieces of DLC.
Pretty sure it was at this price on steam last week as that is when I bought it with the DLC. Pretty good if you missed out on all the sales though
The DLC here seems like a better price than if steam had a 75% off sale though, $13.74 vs $12.49.
Also correct me if I'm wrong but I think that this is US currency so might be worth putting that in the title.
