I stopped watching after one of the girls got into a Cylon Fighter with a hole in the Fuselage and used a rag to seal the whole, hence making space travel safe.
If you're watching it for the intricate accuracies of space travel, I think you might have missed the point of the series. I'll rest my point with FTL travel in the pilot episode!

BTW, the girl was 'Star Buck' which, if you remember the original series, will kind of frac with your head, since Star Buck was a guy in the original.
The actress that plays Star Buck was the best part actor on the show just above the older Adama. Never watched the original so maybe that's why I didn't have a problem with her.

Well actually yes i'm correct the UK box set was $46 delivered from Amazon UK just 2 months ago. I'd rather wait for a stellar deal like that.

Yeah but still contains seasons 1-4. As i said that's the UK box set version.
Just agreeing, UK set has more of set, mini-series and Razor (normal and extended), believe there are some other episodes thrown in (web maybe)

Wow so the UK set is a much better deal than this US set. As i said i'd rather wait it out for the UK set to go down in price like it was 2 months ago.

I ended up buying the GOT season 2 dvd/blu-ray set from Amazon a few months ago. Never had any problems with that box set.

I just saw your post now. No $89 price tag. I guess I missed it. They have $174 USD for the set. Frac that's expensive! Thank the gods I didn't sell my DVD box set which has Razor included. Highly recommended for your inner-geek.
i am a trekkie, but this series made me want the style done in trek. bought the dvd super box in 2009 christmas and never regretted it.
$174 though is too steep. might as well shell out $84 even for the dvd box at jb. it is still good :)
