          Haha, thanks guys, changed now. We start roasting pretty much straight away but always allow a couple of extra days in the listing just in case there is a huge wave in first 24hrs and we need extra time to process them.

      I'm yet to try their "premium" coffee, but the regular blends and single origins have been fantastic, so would have to assume yes? :)

      Cupped score 89.75
      The beans are very well processed and when roasted are balanced and sweet, with lingering notes of spice and red fruit.

      Colombian Tolima
      A great Colombian with good body and acidity. Smooth chocolate carrying undertones of cherry and candy sweetness. Limited quantities

        I wouldn't recommend emptying it all into the grinder your beans would just go off sooner. Just pour a bit into the hopper every day or two, keep the rest in the sealed bag.

      It comes in a resealable bag, you can just expel the air out and reseal it.

      Agreed, Same quality as coffee snobs, However priced better with these regular ozbargins deals and i've had a more pleasant customer service experience.

    The beans from here are top notch! they are as good as any roaster I have sourced from and I don't have to leave home! Plus the customer service is top notch! If you haven't tried them, do it you wont regret it!

    I don't understand, how do people drink 1 kg of coffee before it goes stale…it takes me about a month or more to finish 200g of coffee.

    I always see deals for huge amounts of coffee but never any for smaller amounts of coffee.

      buy some Contigo thermos's the medium size one is 470ml, So 120ml espresso 56g coffee (14g per 30ml x 4) + 250ml milk.

      Make that for your partner and thats 560grams of coffee a week counting mon-fri, and testing the thermos with 100c water it looses 5c an hour giving a drinkable awesome coffee for 6 hours.

      throw in some random shots and weekend drinking
