I did one quick search on Expedia. The same hotel for the same dates are cheaper there, even with your 5% back.

So effectively need to make bookings of EUR1000 to get the first payback even at 5%.
Unless I'm mistaken, this isn't a limited offer or anything, which means this is just advertising…
