If you choose "existing string" why is there a charge for string tension? Does the racket come with frame and strings separate?

    • Hi Marquise, It is something that we are working on fixing but if you choose the existing string option, please select the no stringing required (in the string tension section) option. The racquet does indeed come with frame and strings together strung from the factory.

      • Thanks for clarifying! Do you recommend going with the smallest grip size and just using an overgrip?

        • Hi Marquise, Your suggested solution is a possibility as we do get quite a few people buying smaller grip sizes and then adding overgrip (or even grips) as they see fit.

          As a general rule:

By measuring the distance between the top of the ring finger of your playing hand and the second handline (that is the main crease on the palm of your hand). This length in millimetres then corresponds with the outline of the tennis racket and determines your ideal grip size.

          Outline in mm Grip size

          106 – 108 mm 4 2/8 = 4 1/4
          109 – 111 mm 4 3/8 3
          112 – 114 mm 4 4/8 = 4 1/2
          115 – 117 mm 4 5/8 5

Hopefully this will assist you in making your decision.

        • Thanks, I got a 4 1/4 just to be safe. Just out of curiosity, how do you check your grip size on an existing racket (apart from measuring)? Is it usually written on the handle somewhere?

Is it possible to string a hybrid set on the racket?

    • Hi pewpew, we realise this is currently a limitation on the site but will come back to you with an answer tomorrow before the deal is finished. Watch this space.

      • Well the grip size I use (4 1/4) is no longer in stock anyway.

    Hmm I ordered the 4 1/4, Can I change to the 4 3.8?
Seems to be the only size still available if you are able to swap?
No sweat if you dont will just use an overgrip
    Cheers

    • Hi Harpie, no issues with that. I can see you order and will make sure that it will be changed to 4 3/8. We will be sending you an email tomorrow to confirm this change. Cheers.

      • I'd be happy to get the 4 1/4, but I can't place the order until tomorrow night due to work (it'll probably be gone by then) :-(

  • Rebel Sports has it for $89 for some time now
