Works on all Xbox Live accounts (Not Just Gold)

Recommend browser: Chrome

Follow Steps below:

Open a new private browsing session (this will ensure you aren't logged into Xbox.com)
Ciick on Link above
You will see Ikaruga showing as "GRATIS" which is Spanish for FREE
Let Chrome auto-translate the page if you can't read Spanish (yeah, that's for those of you that slept thru Spanish class in high school)
Click on the buy button and you will be prompted to log in
Create a new Microsoft Account. Set the region to Argentina.
Once that's done, you'll be back at Xbox.com. Make sure you set the region on your new Xbox Live account to Argentina.
Confirm the privacy settings.
You'll be back at the purchase page and see a button to confirm information. Click on that
Enter an address in Argentina and confirm
"Purchase" the free game and it is added to your download queue
Go to your Xbox and download the new account to your system
Go to active downloads and download the game

      And now my commerce.microsoft.com Payment Hub is locked to Argentina. I cannot find a way to change it.
      
      Edit: Some info on changing country. Haven't tried them, don't know if they work. One solution requires access to Windows Store via Windows 8.

I tried this for a good 5 minutes following the steps, but got a bit lost and gave up (I don't even have an Xbox!). Really great game though, still have my Gamecube copy with me. :)

  That's what I'm wondering…I have to create an Argentine account, then after the steps above, log into that new Argentine account on my Xbox to download the game? If I then log out of that account, back into my normal Australian one, will the game still show under my games?

Not sure about the method and not game enough to try to download, but I loved this game on the Dreamcast, possibly the last great upward scrolling 2 player shooter with some unique twists on th gameplay

  I dont think it works. I tried logging in with my ARG account and I had to update the address. Completed that and I got the "oops, you have encountered an error" page.

I just successfully bought this thru Chrome after coming back to it after several hours and it confirmed my semi fictional billing details without the error message. I've just now downloaded the new profile to my xbox and have watched the game download thru active downloads menu.

To confirm it works I logged out and in to my aussie profile on the xbox and am having a run now.. argghh … Gamer Over man.
