    Didn't receive this offer for my OzBargain-approved "fee-free-for-life" Citibank Visa Signature, either. :P

    Reward doesn't seem to be redeemable online — can't find the item codes — so it looks like I'll have to give their Filipino call centre a call tomorrow.

    10% off brings these rewards back in-line with what they used to cost last year, before Citibank jacked up the number of points required to redeem them.

  I have received and redeemed this.

  Signature/Select should get this as part of the Catalogue Special mailout.
  Fee Free For Life Platinum should get this as a separate mailout.

  Although it did say "exclusive", all you have to do is to ring the number, mention the code number and if that code isn't understood by Citiphone, just mention $100 Prepaid Visa special at 16,900 and they should oblige.

  Do citibank rewards often have deals, or have products that go on 'sale'?
  I have quite a few points hoarded for a few years now, and haven't worked out what to spend on yet, but happy to keep hoarding for a bit longer. The prepaid cards would be great if this comes through to more people!

    I have a lot of Citibank reward points too. I used to use them for takeflight, but they've recently reduced the point to dollar conversion rate significantly. :(

    Does anyone know if this 10% off cards applies to higher value cards too (e.g. $250, $500 which typically have better conversion rates)?

  Can confirm that you are able to redeeem these offers even if you didnt receive the mail-out. Just call the number and mention the relevant code.

      That is weird!

      I redeemed for the JB Hifi vouchers (code 0397) not the pre-paid Visa cards… not sure if that makes a difference?

        gavt you've been quite lucky. I am still going round and round with Citibank! Can't believe they don't seem to know anything about this (in fact any code listed lol). Whether I get it today or not I am considering leaving them this year!
