I can confirm this as well. 1 example, black label orange juice is normally $4.99, but frequently $4.00 in store when on special. Online, it's $5.39.
Perhaps Woolies will recoup the $10 "discount" for every $50 you spend by paying the higher prices online.

Weird, I have an existing account and chucked some random stuff in my trolley to see if it worked, and it did. So I did a proper shop and when I got to the checkout page it said the code wasn't valid.

Works for pick up at Melb airport. Got two boxes of huggies nappies for $25 each (normally $33 - on special for $30 this week and then $10 off the two with the coupon).

I haven't been yet but the confirmation email I got with my order say it is on Arrival Drive and:
Woolworths click&collect is located in the forecourt, opposite T2 International arrivals (under the PARKROYAL Hotel - ground level).
To collect your groceries by car follow the yellow signs to Arrivals, pick up Lane 2, on Arrival Drive.
There are 2 pull-in bays for Woolworths click&collect customers. Cars can not be left unattended. If travelling alone, please ring the bell or call the number on one of the two parking signs and one of our friendly Woolworths staff members will be with you.
You will need to provide ID and your order number to our staff
