3.75% is cheap, but there are many other fees property managers charge, ie inspection fees, bond inspections, etc
When I had a property manager, they explained to me, that all fees were negotiable, so I slashed there prices and they agreed. 12 months later, they sent out a new contract and schedule of fees, I never signed it, so I enjoyed the low fees for 6 years more.
Yeah I've dealt with numerous property managers myself and one of the first things that puts me off is lack of attention to detail such as not spelling tenant properly not to mention the other typos on your website…. No deal!

Hmm though, personally I'd prefer a property manager that makes the a couple of typos here and there than one that gives crap service and charges outrageous fees. I feel like judging someone by typos is like making the error of judging a book by its cover. This is not the level of professionalism through communication we're talking about. This is a mere typo.

But typos also convey some information about the level of attention to detail.
As mentioned below, the 7.5% management fee is quite expensive. The website also does not mention anything about other types of fee.

Seems cheap to me; I'm paying about 8 to 9% here in WA and the same in QLD!
