Always get the latest version, as its always a case of rather than patching the old one to fix bugs, the bug fixes are included in the later release..
Both are buggy as. I'm not going to bother buying any more from now on, just do a quick google, so many problems with them.
I bought 2012 and found it to be good fun tbh.
I loved F1 2012. Plenty of mods too if you are so inclined.

On the site, the season pass serial key was listed first for me. If you already have Borderlands 2 base game, you can try either out on Steam and it'll just tell you they product is already owned. The key remains useable.
If anyone, you know, ends up with a BL2 game code they don't want I'll take one for the team :-)

Want to buy Civ V - but I own a Mac. I know Steam sells a "cross-play" version of Civ V over both platforms, but the sale says it is a PC download.
Anyone know if I can purchase this and redeem it for play on my Mac?

get a 28-degrees mastercard if you're an australian citizen. it pretty much uses the global exchange rate (xe.com) - at least in my experience and DOES NOT have a transaction fee. Much better than using your bank cards and great for overseas when I've used it. The next option would be citibank's visa debit card. no international transaction fee and you lose roughly 2c to the global exchange rate in my experience. All big bank cards you pay an international transaction fee and lose about 10c to the global exchange rate. Wasted money!!!!! Then use those cards in paypal and set it so the exchange rate uses the credit cards exchange rate not paypals.. cause paypal is only slightly better (SOMETIMES ONLY) than the big banks.

A number of banks would have their own version of cards with no international transaction fees. I have a Bankwest Zero Platinum that doesn't include any international transaction fees on it either. I'm sure there are a lot more around.
In saying that, I do have a 28 degrees card too, but it's in a draw somewhere as I have no need for it. Much easier to keep track of everything as all my other banking is with Bankwest as well!
are you aware if either of these cards avoid "Geoblocking" have a massive issue with Microsoft Store when purchasing points from the USA, a lot of people seemed to have success on the $5 for 1200 points deal but I personally get an error when trying to add my paypal and all my credit cards would not add because they were geoblocked?

yeah definitely if you can find a card that works for you. I assume the bankwest zero platinum card has no annual fee as well or you wouldnt have brought it up. so If thats a good alternative n works for people then definitely worth a look at.
no idea whats going on there??? as far as i know they dont have geoblocking as they are Aus credit cards… but i thought geoblocking was only carried out by software itself.. so if its an american site.. use an american server and vpn into it… google how to do that if you dont know already.
yeah I tried that, I even called their USA phone line and attempted the transactions over the phone to eliminate the computer issue, still bounced, called the bank they said they are not declining it and there is enough money, so they only thing I can think of is Geoblocking…thanks anyway.

And sorry Yacman, don't think I've bought from the US MS store before. But I've had no problems at all using it on overseas sites that I have used.
You could be failing a BIN check or an AVS check.
The first six digits (Bank Identification Number or Issuer Number) tells you a lot about the issuer and if you're failing that check there's not much you can do about it.
If you're failing Address Verification System check then you should be able to get around it by putting in a valid US billing address; 28 Degrees allows you to set this. I set this to my US mail forwarding address.

I have the original Boarderlands GOY Edition that I purchased over a year ago on a steam sale for like $5 and I'm just wondering if there will eventually be a Boarderlands 2 GOY Edition and if it would include anything further then this current deal does, like other things that the season pass would not that is still DLC that may eventually be included in a GOY Edition???
I ask this because I am still yet to play Boarderlands GOY and its been a year, but at this price I am contemplating putting this in my backlog that I may get around to in a year or so?
Borderlands 2 GOTY edition got added to the Steam database a couple of days ago. Speculation is it's in time for the Summer Sale. It will probably include everything like Krieg and Mechro but what the entire bundle will cost is anyone's guess.
At the very least, it'll be price gouged. I'm guessing $69.99.
Granted I'm, a noob to the franchise can someone just give me an outline of what content is different that you would get besides whats in the season pass and how good/worth it is having compared to this deal?
Like I said I wouldn't get around to playing it for at least a year I would think.

Is the Civ5: Gods & Kings expansion worth it? Does it add a lot to the base game?
Yeah it does. Religion is fun, the spies are fun and also the Ciy States become a lot more interesting via little quests and challenges.
You do lose the ability to play vaniial Civ 5 but this may have been addressed in a recent (and awesome) patch released just before the new expansion. The game now plays a lot faster and multiplayer has been greatly improved.
