  It's surprising that this tablet is still $400+ tbh, considering it was released in November for $469, if I'm correct.

  I originally wanted one but decided to wait and will now purchase the Sony Xperia Tablet Z, which I'm hoping Ozbargain will have some great deals for later in the year. :D

  The fact that the Nexus 10 holds up so well half a year after launch, specs-wise, is pretty impressive, though.

    Jus goes to show you don't need a tablet if you can wait out almost a year. heck I'm sure something else like a Nexus 10 2 will be announced soon then you can wait for that.

      I plan to wait for that device. Then wait another 8 or 10months for it to drop and appear on ozbargain.

      Well, I already own an Ipad 2, so I don't feel an urge to upgrade.

      As for waiting, if the new Nexus impresses enough, I may switch my focus. I don't see the big deal about waiting for price drops. The newest technology isn't always necessary, as you pointed out.
