The bottom of the pack with the accessories was broken. I guess I didn't realise it because I was in hurry to catch my bus.

      • From specs; Includes:

4 Assorted Whiteboard Markers (1ea Black Red Blue And Green)
        4 X 30mm Round Magnets

        • Heh, odd. It has space for 6 in the pack, and where are my blue and green markers? RAGE

Edit: The photo shows 6 magnets with 2 black and 2 red markers. Odd indeed

Buyer beware. I do not believe this board is quality and recommend potential buyers stay away. I walked into the Alexandria store and there were around 20 left. I compared it to the better known brands and in the end, I thought it looked to be worth nothing more than $19.98. I did not buy any because the product just looked cheap and the markers included are not brand name either. But I am very concerned about the reviews for a similar board (same brand and size, just different frame) on the Office Works website. Comments stating boards developing permanent marks and the surface wrinkling after a few months. I suspect Office Works are aware of the issue, hence the reason for a massive markdown. See http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/products/Office-Supplie…

    • Should potential buyers take your "review" as accurate, then they were previously overpriced and are now marked down to their approximated correct worth - at least they can feel comfortable they won't be shelling out $20 for something worth $5 ;)

I have one and don't recommend it. The board surface is "grainy" and not complete smooth gloss. The markers supplied are horrendous to try and remove cleanly, especially the red. Branded markers fared better but it still stained the board. Pros: large size, useful for infrequent jotting of reminders, magnetic surface. Purchased online and didn't know prior. I would have spent more money on something of quality, which this board isn't.

    • quality seems fine to me, just left red marker on there for a good 30minutes, comes off clean

      • Good to hear, I don't know why, mine looks blood-stained. Purchased it awhile back.

Went to officeworks blacktown and the guy there was very helpful and very nice.

The board has always been this price and was never $55.

However, for $20 it's a bloody good board. I've found window cleaner or cleaning sprays help get rid of stubborn marker (if it becomes an issue).

  • anybody know how to fix it onto wall?

  • Definitely some QC issues with the markers for this board. Picked mine up today & tried using it when I got home. The red & black markers that came with the board created a big mess when I tried to scrub it off. Basically the ink smudged all over the board & I had to use alcohol to clean it. Tried the markers that came with the board on another whiteboard, same issue. Also tested a branded marker on this board & it wiped off almost completely on the first go. Will be returning mine for a replacement tmr & won't be using these markers.

  • I use an old bottle of outdated aftershave to remove those whiteboard marks

  • I got mine today, no issues with the board itself, the markers as stated aren't the greatest, but for the price, the board is really good I find, really smooth and not 'grainy' as others have stated. I guess they vary a lot then maybe? who knows :S

    • Just curious, is yours wiping off completely with the cleaner provided or is it leaving a faint tint of colour after being scrubbed off? The texters provided with mine were horrible but more expensive texters worked much better, though they still left a faint tint after cleaning.
