    Last time I bought something they said they had no stock available refunded me, one month later I receive the game which was out of stock, and then seven months later they charge me for it.

    A Samsung blu-ray player and with using the DVD region free unlock code will help which is all you should need. I recently unlocked my Samsung BD-E5300 player.

    But then again if you're giving this away as a present to a relative or some one you can't guarantee that they'll be able to play these region 2 DVD's.

  Agreed - DONT buy from Fishpond… it took more than 8 months for our one last and only item to arrive, and you can only query a non-delivery once (and then again within a short time-frame).

  The problem lies with Fishpond being a NZ company but potentially represented as Australian - so don't expect any consumer code or any authorities helping you on a bad transaction, like you might expect on a dodgy trader here in Oz.

  The final, un-beknowest-nail is that, if you pay by credit card, the delivery time-frame often is way outside the actionable time to launch a charge-back through the credit-card provider.

  The consumer is left open each and every way, and left at the hands if Fishoind,

  Did i forget to mention…DONT BUY from Fishpond!

  I have never had a single issue when any of my orders from
  Fishpond. Everything arrives in a timely manner and if I have had any issues then they are resolved quickly.

  They used to be great (around 3 years ago), now a monkey could run a business better than them.

  I ordered a book from them a few weeks ago as I had positive previous experiences from them. Book was delivered about 1-2 weeks later, in line with amazon.com transit times. Can't complain. Also nothing negative against snowgum either, multiple positive experiences, shrugs
