    Me too. The only thing I dislike about this shaver is the charger connection. It seems unnecessarily complicated.

    If budget isn't an issue, I'd say from those the 1280X looks to be the best. The 1290X razor looks to have some touch controls built in or something missing from the 1280X based on the product page, but the clean and charge station on the 1280x more than makes up for it. I'd probably look at the 1250X/42 as option B, again because it has the cleaning station.

    You can compare the models at http://www.usa.philips.com/. Besides the inclusion or exclusion of the cleaning unit, the top few models are quite similar. It's a few display options (battery indicators or whatever) or different buttons that differentiate them for the most part. One or two on Amazon are showing a warning that hey won't ship to my address while others don't have that warning, so that may also factor in. I'm not buying so I wont test the checkout of each myself.
